红枣蛋

紅棗蛋~~
為了把大家從每月一痛解救出來~我一定要將這個處方
(是中醫師開的處方,不是秘方)廣為宣傳~
請各位在每月結束後吃一顆「紅棗蛋」,不是每天吃喔!只要結束吃一顆就好!連續吃兩個月,也就是總共只要吃兩顆就好了!如此一來就可以持續多年的好日子囉!
紅棗蛋作法如下:
【兩碗水】+【十幾顆紅棗】+【洗乾淨且敲破蛋殼的蛋一顆】蛋只要敲到有裂痕就好,不要有勾流出來,紅棗和破蛋一起煮,煮到兩碗水變一碗水,享用蛋(請剝殼)、品嚐紅棗湯。
真是太神奇了!總之~祝大家月月安啦!

At the end of the menstrual cycle, just eat 1 [ red date egg ].
